FusionTech
FusionTech is a proprietary coating, digital printing and sublimation technology that is applied to Aluminum, as well as other substrates such as Glass, FRP, Ceramics, Wood and Fabric, to create unusual effects. FusionTech on Aluminum is usually supplied in 4′ x 8′ sheets of un-backed aluminum. Both stock laminates and custom laminates are available.

Aluminum sheets can be satin or gloss and will keep their aluminum appearance. Aluminum is also available with a 4 color photo realistic process and can have a satin, gloss or ultra gloss finish. Sheets are coated with a highly scratch resistant, UV stable proprietary coating and then the images are added using the FusionTech infused color process. A Semi-Custom line is available from our library of stylish design. Our custom program takes customer supplied artwork and turns it into a beautiful and durable product. |
 FusionTech on Smooth FRP |
FRP panels can be either textured or smooth and are available in a variety of thicknesses. Images are added using our FusionTech infused color and coating process and have similar physical properties as standard DRP. This product is great for walls near water or food and in clean rooms. If you are tired of the traditional white or beige FRP, this unlimited custom program is for you! |

Ceramic Tile can be infused with your images or images from our library. This program allows you to utilize the many ceramics commonly available. When needed, tiles can be sequentially numbered on the back to ensure easy installation. The FusionTech process can also be applied to wood, such as wood flooring planks, MDF panels and hardboard. |
 On backsplash and countertop: FusionTech on Glass |
Glass can be imaged for backsplashes, table tops, doors, partitions, and other applications. Glass is usually supplied by the customer and can be tempered or annealed. Beautiful solid color or translucent glass can be created with our FusionTech infused color process. Glass can also be imaged on the back (or on the front if you prefer) with either your artwork or artwork from our extensive image library. The FusionTech process is highly stable for both interior and exterior applications. | |
